There is NO lag

Its called event.

The sound you are using is on event probably (if you check the properties)

What you need to do is change it to stream.

but if thats what you already did, then its a lag. But I really doubt it.

Oh and if you test movie on stream, the quality of the sound is gonna be bad, so your gonna need to change that in the publishing options.
